I honestly don't know how I would've gotten through the year without you.  I know there's no magic pill.  But having you there to hold me accountable, guide and encourage me, teach me ways to live more on point, and walk me through those tough times when I hit big walls and day to day trauma, has been worth it's weight in gold.  I never had a coach before and didn't think I needed one.  But it's so much easier working with someone who has been through some messy stuff and who knows how to rise above it.  I highly recommend you to everyone, but most especially to people who think they can do it on their own.  Just do it.  It's an investment that actually has a return.

I really enjoyed my sessions with you.  I felt they were the best mentoring sessions I've ever had.  They were very clear, insightful, to the point.  he insights I got from you surprised a few times because the information was so accurate, as if I had shared different aspects of my life and mind with you previously.

Another aspect that I enjoyed very much was the feeling of complete non-judgement and acceptance that your awareness held throughout our session.  I also want to mention the aspect of both clarity and sharp insight that flowed through the mentoring session.  You didn't hold any information back and after the session, I felt a sense of lightness and clarity that probably was the result of allowing more truth into my own mind.  That sense of clear lightness lasted for a few days until I probably integrated.  
                             
Actually you were on my mind quite a bit after our sessions ended and I wanted to express my gratitude for the shifts I experienced, but I got so absorbed in life that I never contacted
you for which I want to apologize.

When I first came into contact with Lisa I was a complete emotional mess, I had run into one of life’s brick walls and had to hit the pause button on Everything in my life.
