What Coaching Is and Is Not
Coaching is not a magic pill. It is not always easy. It is NOT therapy. Coaching is commitment. Coaching is a safe place, accountability, loving guidance, a space of possibility, the opportunity to learn new processes and incorporate practice into your daily routine. Coaching is empowerment. Coaching helps you to know yourself, reclaim your power and become the deliberate creator of your life.
Who Do I Serve?
I primarily serve women over 40. Women who have experienced big life changes and want to take their power back, women who want to know and heal themselves at a deeper level, women who are ready for a more powerful next half of their life, those looking to find their purpose. I also serve conscious entrepreneurs who seem to "have it all" but feel that something is missing. I serve those who want to rise above challenges like chronic mindset patterns, relationship issues, health challenges and more. I serve a few amazing men as well.
I'm open to serving anyone who is ready to courageously commit to a deeper connection with who they are in order to BE the best they can and have a life they love.
Why Do I Serve?
I serve because coaching has changed my own life in miraculous ways. Taking responsibility for my life and journey has empowered me in ways I could never have imagined. Learning who I am, to be comfortable in my own skin and to know why I'm here has made life purposeful, joyful and magical. I have 2 coaches myself and will continue to because it holds me accountable, helps me when I hit walls and allows me to continuously grow. It's a journey and the gift of excellence that I give myself. I serve because my life mission is to help others transform; to bring them home to the brilliance they truly are. I also serve because every, single soul who begins the journey of connection to their true essence; every soul who steps into their life purpose in order to serve, changes the world. It's an inside job, one person at a time.

I commit myself at a heart-level to your journey. I commit to giving you all of the support, processes, guidance and tools necessary for your growth. I hold a space of love and integrity. I bring the energy of the greatness of my mentors to every call. I give many extras that other coaches do not (a life purpose numerology session, healing sessions and more). And I hold a space of possibility for you, helping you to rise above your old self and circumstances. The only thing you must do is commit, show up and do the work.
More importantly, I SEE YOU. I've walked the path, which is really hard sometimes. I create a safe and authentic space for you to learn and grow. I want you to expand but I understand the process.
